Food Truck Friday each week where a continual rotation of delicious food trucks come on-site from 5-8pm to serve our guests.
Text guests each time a package gets delivered to the Camp Store and is ready for pick-up.
Trash pick-up each morning at 9am and each evening at 5pm, so guests never have to worry about walking to the dumpster.
Dog stations that include waste bags and receptacles and even a dog washing station.

Security Deposit

A $250 security deposit, paid via credit card, (returned upon departure if you have caused no damage on-site) is required to confirm a reservation.

Site Rent & Payments

RV site rent is charged on the 1st of the month.

If you arrive after the 1st of the month, your site rent will be prorated.

If you provide at least two weeks notice before departure, your departure month site rent can be prorated.

Site rent payments are accepted via direct deposit (ACH) or credit card (3.5% fee).

Utilities

Water, sewer, and blazing fast Wifi are included in your site rent.

You pay for the electricity that you use, billed automatically on the 1st of the month by the meter at the site.
