On January 1, 2025, we introduced our Money-Back Guarantee—to ensure that every experience aligns with our commitment to excellence. Having a delightful stay at Gather Campground isn’t just our goal—it’s our guarantee.
Applicable Guest Types:
- Nightly & Weekly Guests: If you’re not enjoying your stay within the first 24 hours upon arrival, email bellcounty@gather.camp about your desire for a Money-Back Guarantee.
- Monthly Guests: If you’re not enjoying your stay within the first seven days upon arrival, email bellcounty@gather.camp about your desire for a Money-Back Guarantee.
Money-Back Guarantee Process:
- You will be asked to respond to a few questions that will help our team understand how we could have more effectively served your needs or desires.
- Our team will process your full refund and email you a refund receipt.
- Note: We have no control over how long your bank or credit card takes to process refunds, so temporarily, your refund receipt represents your Money-Back Guarantee.
- After receiving your Money-Back Guarantee refund receipt, you will be required to depart, immediately, from your RV site and find a new campground that better serves your desires.
Important Note: The Money-Back Guarantee ONLY applies to bookings with arrival dates after January 1, 2025.
